The court is a body at the Council of Europe and its jurisdiction spreads over all the member-countries of the Council of Europe which have ratified the European Convention of Human Rights and includes all the issues related to the enforcement of the Convention in connection with international cases and complaints of separate persons.
The Court accepts complaints by any person, non- governmental organization or group of persons who claim to be victims of breach of rights imposed by any of the high negotiating parties of the rights announced in the Convention or the protocols to it.
Admissibility
The court may read a case only after implementing all the inner legal instruments for protection in accordance with the acknowledged norms of international law and within 6 months from the date on which the national instance has reached decision.
